NB. This article is based on Roger's web app, but the steps are the same if you use Roger's smartphone app - the layout is just a little different.

The process of changing a payment method for an expenses looks the same for bills and receipts, but the range of payment methods and setup varies, due to the nature of each type of expense. With bills, payment methods are used to make payments via Roger, whereas with receipts, payment methods are use merely to show which payment method was used for this receipt.

Change payment methods for bills

Find the bill for which you want to change the payment method on your dashboard and click on the small pencil icon in the Payment method field. Then select the desired payment method from the drop-down menu. You can jump to this article to learn how to add a new bank account, which can then be selected as a payment method for your expenses. 

Change payment methods for receipts

In order for Roger to process your company's receipts, you must first manually create a list of all payment methods used by the company. You can read more about this here

Find the receipt for which you want to change the payment method on your dashboard and click on the payment methods drop-down menu. In the drop-down menu you can select the desired payment method.
